Welcome to GSLine Tours. These Terms of Service govern your use of our BMW motorcycle rental services in Morocco. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Rental Conditions
Understanding your responsibilities and our coverage
Not Your Fault? No Worries!
When damages occur and the rider is not responsible (with friendly report or official document as proof):
RC Insurance + Theft + Fire
Ride with peace of mind knowing you are covered for damages caused to third parties, in accordance with local regulations
Motorcycle Replacement
In case of a mechanical issue, a replacement motorcycle can be provided, subject to conditions and depending on your location.
Rider Responsibility Cases
If damages are caused by rider fault, costs will be charged accordingly:
Official BMW Motorrad Quote
Repairs will be billed based on manufacturer quotes, ensuring quality BMW service.
Replacement Motorcycle
If you are not injured, a motorcycle will be provided to continue your adventure without interruption.
Invoice + Parts Returned
Once costs are settled, you'll receive detailed invoice and damaged parts, useful for potential reimbursement by your personal insurance.
Exceptional Cases: Theft or Fire
Our insurance also covers motorcycle theft or fire, provided the following elements are supplied:
In Case of Theft
- Original key must be presented
- Motorcycle documents
- Official police report from competent authorities
Without these elements, the rider must reimburse the total value of the motorcycle.
In Case of Fire
A police report and motorcycle papers are required. Otherwise, the rider will be held responsible for the total cost of the vehicle.
Key Loss
In case of key loss, a flat fee of €500 will be charged, corresponding to actual costs charged by BMW Motorrad for reproducing a new key.
New Motorcycle After Incident
A replacement motorcycle will be assigned once official procedures (police declaration or authorities) have been finalized.
Rental Requirements
Essential requirements for motorcycle rental
Valid Motorcycle License
Valid A license required for minimum 2 years
Age and Documentation
Minimum age 25 years. Copy of passport or valid ID required for verification
Security Deposit
The security deposit is collected via a secure payment link before or at pickup. Following the return of the motorcycle with no damage, the deposit is refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
Return Schedule
Motorcycle must be returned by 6pm on the last day of rental period
Prohibited Activities
Stunt riding, racing, or any dangerous activities strictly prohibited
Strictly Forbidden Use
Prohibited Terrain
BMW motorcycles are strictly forbidden from being used on terrain unsuitable for their road and trail use, including:
- Dunes and deep sand
- Loose sand areas
- Extreme or technical terrain
- Heavily rocky trails likely to damage rims, tires, or mechanical components
The renter agrees to use the vehicle under normal operating conditions, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Inspection and Liability
Each motorcycle undergoes a systematic technical inspection after every use.
Any damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration resulting from non-compliant use or riding on forbidden terrain will be charged entirely to the renter, without exception, based on an estimate provided by an authorized BMW dealer.
GPS Tracking System
Motorcycles are equipped with a geolocation system (GPS) to verify riding zones.
Any use in prohibited areas may be detected and used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
Final Clause
Non-compliance with these conditions may result in:
- Full billing of damages
- Total or partial retention of the security deposit
- Where applicable, legal proceedings in accordance with applicable legislation
Pricing and Payment
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
- All prices displayed are pre-tax and in Euros (EUR)
- Volume discounts apply for rentals of 2+ days
- Add-on equipment pricing may vary (delivery charges apply outside Marrakech)
- Payment required in full at time of booking
- Security deposit collected separately upon motorcycle pickup
- Cancellations can be arranged if requested in advance. Please contact us to discuss your booking, especially for reservations made 1–2 months ahead
- Mechanical Support Available (Subject to Conditions)
- Payments for tours and motorcycle rentals can be made via WeTravel or in cash. Cancellations and refunds follow WeTravel policies.
Rider Responsibilities
Your obligations during the rental period
- Operate motorcycle safely and in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws
- Conduct daily safety checks and report any mechanical issues immediately
- Keep motorcycle secure when not in use
- Return motorcycle in same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
- Report accidents or incidents to authorities and GSLine Tours immediately
- Pay for fuel and maintain adequate levels during rental
- Respect local customs and riding regulations
- Use provided safety equipment (helmet) at all times
Liability and Insurance
Understanding coverage and limitations
Coverage Included
- Third-party liability (RC) — covers damages caused to others, as required by Moroccan law
- Theft — covered when the original key, motorcycle documents, and an official police report are provided
- Fire — covered when a police report and motorcycle documents are provided
Not Covered
- Damage to the rental motorcycle caused by rider fault — repair costs based on an official BMW Motorrad quote
- Mechanical breakdowns or malfunctions
- Rider negligence or intentional damage
- Damage from prohibited activities (stunts, racing)
- Personal belongings or equipment not provided by GSLine Tours
- Medical expenses or personal injury (separate travel insurance recommended)
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final with no free cancellation. In case of emergency or exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
